Selling a house in Miami? Get a cash offer from a neighbor.
Two minutes. No obligation. No pressure. Hablamos español.
When you call, I let you talk first. Then I say, "Tell me a little bit about what's going on." We get into numbers later. The beginning is about what you have going on, and how we can help.
JoséWhat happens after you fill out the form
Your form sends us a notification with your information. We verify the address, verify the details, maybe do a little research on what's going on in your neighborhood, and then we give you a call.
None of that research matters much. What really matters is how we can help you out of your situation. Sometimes there isn't one, and you just want to see what we can offer. We have that conversation as well.
You're not going to like my cash offer.
It's probably close to everyone else's.
Any knucklehead can put a high number on paper, sign it, and promise the world.
What you do get from us, every time: no repairs, no cleaning, no fees, no commissions, and you pick the closing date.
A straight word about cash offers
You don't have to take my cash offer. Any knucklehead can put a high number on paper, sign it, and promise the world. If you genuinely want to help someone, you tell them the truth: "You're not going to like my cash offer. It's probably close to everyone else's." At that point you pick with your intuition, and you choose the person you think can best help you.
What you do get from us, every time: no repairs, no cleaning, no fees, no commissions, and you pick the closing date.
Cash or listing? I tell you immediately
We'll know within the first conversation. A time crunch, a health issue, a date you can't move: if it's about time, then cash, always. It's the fastest way out. It's not the most you're going to get, but it gets you out of that situation, hopefully with a net positive. If you're not in a time crunch, the listing is going to get you the most money.
I'm a licensed Florida real estate agent with NB Elite Realty, so we can do that too. There are good actors and bad actors on that side as well. Some will get you to sign a listing agreement at a number they know isn't real, and three weeks later you're stuck with them, dropping the price. We don't do that.

I landed here right out of high school, roughly 20 years ago.
Why a neighbor
In 2018, after a failed trucking business with my father-in-law, I was at a crossroads. Seven years later, here I am in real estate. I never got into it for the money. Real estate is a vehicle that can give you time freedom, and if you do it correctly, a retirement.
When I talk to people, I want them to feel like they're talking to a grandma, a tía, a sister, a brother, or an uncle. My own family calls me: "Hey Jose, I got this situation, what do you think?" We don't talk market. I pay attention and keep tabs.
