SMS Terms: what you will get

When you text with us, the messages are about your property and nothing else: answers to your questions, appointment confirmations, updates on your offer or your listing, and the occasional check-in if you asked us to stay in touch. Messages come from (786) 751-5095. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How you said yes

We only text people who asked. That means one of three things happened:

• You filled out a form on this site and checked the box agreeing to texts.
• You texted us first.
• You told us on a call that we may text you, and we sent one text asking you to reply YES.

Saying yes to texts is never a condition of selling your house to us, or of anything else.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. You will get one short confirmation and then nothing more. You can also text or call my office at (786) 751-5095 or email info@miamipropertybuyers.com and say "stop texting me." That works the same.

Stopping texts does not stop a deal already in motion. We will reach you by phone or email instead if we need to.

When we text

Between 8 AM and 8 PM, your local time, unless you are in the middle of a conversation with us and wrote last.

Your number stays with us

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it, or the fact that you agreed to texts, with any third party or affiliate for their marketing. The companies that carry our texts (our phone carrier and our software) handle them only to deliver them. More in our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date.
